John P. Neff

John Neff serves as President of MSI and sits on the Board of Directors.  He also serves as Treasurer of Big Apple Holdings (BAH) and sits on the Board of Directors of BAH and Big Apple Travel.  He has over 25 years of management experience in small entrepreneurial startups to large multinational corporations. He served as Senior Vice President of U.S. Home Corp. and President of Marrano Enterprises and National VideoServe, Inc. and most recently was Vice President of Corporate Development of International Investment Banking, Inc.  John has a very strong financial and technical background and holds three U.S. Patents. He has taught math, statistics and computer software at the college level. He has a quantitative M.B.A. from SUNY Buffalo and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Detroit.

Keith Jablon

Vice President 

Keith Jablon co-founded Big Apple Consulting USA (BAC) with his brother Marc and Matthew Maguire in 1998.  He also sits on the Board of Directors of MIS Solutions.  Keith spent seven years in Sweden working as a consultant primarily in business development for telecom and technology clients.  This included helping clients develop business with Fortune 500 companies such as Ericsson, Nokia, ABB, and Canon.  Keith has a B.A. in Economics and a Business Minor from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
 

Marc Jablon

CEO 

Marc Jablon co-founded Big Apple Consulting USA in 1998 with Matthew Maguire and Keith Jablon, Marc’s brother, to help emerging companies with their Investor Relations needs.  Marc has managed over 100 public relations campaigns over six years, and started a number of profitable companies.  Marc serves as President and Chairman of the Board and Director of BAC; CEO and Director of MSI; and also serves as a Director on the Boards of Big Apple Travel, Big Apple Worldwide, BAH and CCC.  Marc served as Vice President for Stockbroker Presentations Inc. until January of 2001.  He has broad experience in managing Investor Relations firms and has established, hired, and trained hundreds of individuals in this area, while consulting for numerous emerging growth companies through the public relations process.  Prior to founding BAC, Marc worked for the Disney Company in Orlando, Florida. Marc graduated with honors from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh with a B.S. in Marketing.

Björn Hellström is the Managing Director of Stromhell Business Development in Sweden, which manages international sales and business projects. Björn was the co-founder and marketing manager of Sensimor AB.  Björn was the project manager for starting up and managing the Sensimor Business Venture within ABB, a Fortune 500 company, and setting up sales channels in Europe, Taiwan and Singapore.

Terrence L. Fyfe has over 20 years of accounting and finance experience with Fortune 100 companies that include Texaco Oil Inc., PepsiCo Inc. and AT&T. He received his BBA in Accounting and MBA in Corporate Finance from Pace University in New York. Terrence is also certified in Information Systems Auditing and holds a CISA certification. Terrence is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and Information Systems Audit and Control Association.

Mark C. Kaley is the managing member of MJMM Investments, LLC. Mark is a licensed attorney and admitted to practice in the State of New York.  Mark’s work at Big Apple Consulting USA as corporate counsel provided him the opportunity to consult with numerous emerging growth companies through the public relations process. Mark has a wide range of experience in corporate, commercial, transactional and litigation matters. In 2000, Mark graduated from St. John’s University School of Law, with honors.
