MSI provides various services such as business development, management consulting, Web-based e-commerce services, capital raising, etc.  MSI is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Big Apple Consulting USA.

Some of the key areas MSI has provided services for their clients is in strategic marketing, sales and business development.  Keith Jablon, Vice President, has worked extensively within the telecommunications (hardware and software), semiconductor, entertainment, and medical technology industries.  He is working with small, medium and large organizations within these industries, helping them develop business with large corporations such as, Ericsson, Nokia, ABB, Vodafone, Orange Micronics, Telia Sonera, HI3G, Astra Zeneca, Pharmacia UpJohn, Canon, Volvo, Saab, etc.  He has worked with various different technologies from Transient Voltage Surge Supression devices to Sensor Systems to various telecom software products and services. 

Marketing Services

• Development of Sales Strategies.
• Introduction of Product Lines to key Management within potential customer organizations.
• Secure Specifications and Requests for quotations from potential customers.
• Work with the client in order to answer specifications and RFQs.  This includes gathering appropriate information from potential customers, working with the client’s engineering and sales staff, and writing initial offers.
• Writing Testing Parameters and being present when testing of client products with potential customers.
• Negotiate Final Agreements with potential customers on behalf of the clients.
• Setting up and maintaining after-sales support network.
