MSI provides a large variety of services in the area of sales and marketing, such as, direct calling to increase organic sales; business development consulting and the establishment of new channels of distribution; generating external growth in Revenues through mergers, acquisitions, negotiating agreements with third parties and setting up after-sales and support infrastructures.

Our Business Development division has worked extensively in generating sales and marketing support within the telecommunications (hardware and software), medical device, entertainment, software, and technology industries.  Our experience includes both hard goods; clients who provide services; B2B, wholesalers and retailers.

Services:

  • Create the Business Model and Action Plan for company product line and services.
  • Develop presentation material (Power Point Presentation, Video DVD, graphics and contents for brochures and print ads) for potential customers and investors.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of the Client approved marketing and sales strategy based on the business model and action plan outlined in the first point above.
  • Introduce client’s product line and services to key decision makers, such as officers, product and purchasing managers, within communication industry via phone, fax, email and in person meetings.
  • Assist in the negotiations of Licenses, purchase orders, partner agreements, distribution agreements and other contracts between Client and third parties.
  • Assist Client in evaluating and performing due diligence on potential customers, partners and acquisition candidates.
  • Assist Client in the research and structuring of agreements with potential vendors, including those that will supply Products and Services to the client or in support of the client’s product line and or services that the client will provide to third parties.
  • Assist in the development of marketing and show materials for industry conferences and trade shows.
  • Represent the Client at mutually approved trade shows and events. 
  • Assist Client in setting up and maintaining “after market” support.
  • General Business Consulting. 

Our business development team specializes in assisting out clients to negotiate and structure agreements in various industries with large organizations such as Ericsson, Nokia, Vodafone, Volvo, Sprint, ABB, SAAB, Cannon, Best Buy, Game Stop and others both in North America and Europe.
