Management Solutions International (MSI) is a full service business and financial consulting firm that directly helps emerging companies achieve their goals. Assistance includes: Business Development, Strategic Planning, Marketing and Product Distribution. Located in Longwood, Florida (Orlando), MSI serves the needs of both publicly-traded and privately-held firms nationwide.
MSI has developed the methodology to analyze a company's current position and match its needs to the appropriate resources. This analysis will spawn a customized Action Plan, detailing the process, time frame, and attendant costs to accomplish agreed upon goals. Upon review and approval, MSI enters into a Consulting Agreement to serve the client.
Typical Services Provided under Agreement:
- Render professional guidance in developing strategic Business & Marketing Plans
- Consult on Business Development to open new markets for client in both the U.S. & internationally
- Setup and maintain merchandising channels, including turnkey full e-commerce websites
- Conduct comprehensive review of Client’s operations to determine status and shortfalls to their becoming Sarbanes-Oxley Compliant, as required by 01/01/05
- Design and implement an Advisory Board for Client with an executive from MSI serving on such Advisory Board if Client desires
- Develop sales and budget forecasting, trade show representation and sales training
- Assist in locating outsourcing for manufacturing and sales channels for surplus products
- Design the ideal mix of equity and debt financing suitable for the client firm and its goals
- And introduce client to qualified CPAs & securities counsel to prepare solicitation material and registration statements deemed necessary to create free-trading shares; and provide oversight in the preparation for a registered Public Offering up to $ 1,000,000.
- Oversee any management search, perform due diligence on mergers and acquisitions, and provide advice in securing an Investor Relations firm, when appropriate
